Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, poultry, and food products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been prepared, packed, picked up, or delivered. This policy helps us maintain strict hygiene, freshness, and food safety standards.
However, returns or complaints may be considered only under the following conditions:
- You receive the wrong product
- The product received is damaged or compromised during delivery
- The product quality does not match the confirmed order
Any issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
To help us verify the issue, customers may be asked to provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Order details or invoice
- A short video if required for verification
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for approved cases after our quality verification process.
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, or
- An alternative refund method may be arranged based on mutual agreement
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be completed.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer:

- Fresh recut/repack order
- Store credit or order adjustment
This depends on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed, cut, prepared, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
